Plantin’s Truffle Salsa is a subtle blend of black summer truffles, mushrooms, black olives and extra virgin olive oil. This delicately textured mixture is not a purée, giving it a pleasing bite. It can be used as a tapenade or on toast, stirred through pasta, or simply spread over bruschetta for an elegant finish.
